Edge Finishes

Finishing the edges of a leather project is an important process. Over the years leather workers have used Fiebing’s edge finishes in a variety of ways to produce desired results. Try them all and find out which one works best for you!

Dura Edge

Fiebing’s Dura Edge is a flexible and highly durable finish that will result in a professional edge every time. No need for burnishing,
buffing or other labor intensive processes to get the edge you always desired. Fiebing’s Dura Edge dries bright, hard a

nd will not rub off. The convenient wool dauber attached to the cap allows for easy application with minimal mess. Available in Black and Brown.

Packaged in 8 ounce bottles.

Edge Dye

A penetrating edge finish that is durable and long lasting. Edge dye will dry to a semi-gloss and needs to be applied to edges that have been smoothed down. After it is applied, Edge Dye can be polished, burnished or finished with Resolene. Manufactured in Black, Tan, Brown, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Mahogany & Neutral.

Edge Dye Finish & Applicator

Puts a quick and easy professional finish on the edges of belts, saddles and other leather goods. Dries in minutes, water resistant. Easy to use roll-on applicator makes this a must for all leather crafters. Manufactured in Black and Dark Brown.

Edge Enamel

A heavy bodied, resin based edge finish. Best when applied after smoothing the edges to produce a clean, smooth, glossy edge. Edge Enamel can be thinned with water.

Edge Kote

Recommended for use on natural edges. Dries water resistant with a flexible, deep semi- gloss. Edge Kote can be thinned with water. Edge Kote is manufactured in Black, Tan, Light Tan, Brown, Light Brown, Cordovan, Burgundy, Mahogany and Neutral.
